§ 143‑498.  ArticleVIII. Cooperation with the Federal Government and Other Governmental Entities.

Each party state is hereby authorized to participate in cooperative orjoint planning undertakings with the federal government, and any appropriateagency or agencies thereof, or with any interstate agency or agencies. Suchparticipation shall be at the instance of the governor or in such manner asstate law may provide or authorize. The Board may facilitate the work of staterepresentatives in any joint interstate or cooperative federal‑stateundertaking authorized by this Article, and each such state shall keep theBoard advised of its activities in respect of such undertakings, to the extentthat they have interstate or regional significance.
