§ 143‑64.17G.  Report onguaranteed energy savings contracts entered into by local governmental units.

A local governmental unit thatenters into a guaranteed energy savings contract must report the contract andthe terms of the contract to the Local Government Commission and the StateEnergy Office of the Department of Administration. The Commission shall compilethe information and report it biennially to the Joint Commission onGovernmental Operations. In compiling the information, the Local Government Commissionshall include information on the energy savings expected to be realized from acontract and, with the assistance of the Office of State Construction and theState Energy Office, shall evaluate whether expected savings have in fact beenrealized.  (1993(Reg.
