§ 143‑64.3.  Powerof Department of Administration and Secretary to delegate authority.

The Department of Administration and/or the Secretary of Administrationmay delegate to any employees of the State agency for federal surplus propertysuch power and authority as he or they deem reasonable and proper for theeffective administration of Part 2 of this Article. The Department ofAdministration and/or the Secretary of Administration may, in his or theirdiscretion, bond any person in the employ of the State agency for surplusproperty, handling moneys, signing checks, or receiving or distributingproperty from the United States under authority of Part 2 of this Article.
