§ 143‑684. Compensation and expenses of Commission members; travel reimbursements.
Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation but mayreceive travel and subsistence as follows:
(1) Commission members who are officials or employees of a Stateagency or unit of local government, in accordance with G.S. 138‑6.
(2) All other Commission members at the rate established in G.S.138‑5. (1998‑1, s.3(a).)
