§ 143B‑25. Agencies not enumerated.
Any agency not enumerated in the Executive Organization Act of 1973 butestablished or created by the General Assembly shall continue to exercise allits powers, duties, and functions subject to the provisions of Chapter 143A ofthe General Statutes of the State of North Carolina.
