Part15. Small Business Environmental Advisory Panel.

§ 143B‑317.  Small Business EnvironmentalAdvisory Panel – creation; powers and duties.

There is hereby created the Small Business Environmental Advisory Panelof the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. The Small BusinessEnvironmental Advisory Panel shall have the following functions and duties:

(1)        To render advisory opinions concerning the effectiveness ofthe small business stationary source technical and environmental complianceassistance program, difficulties encountered, and degree and severity ofenforcement.

(2)        To make periodic reports to the Administrator of the UnitedStates Environmental Protection Agency concerning the compliance of the StateSmall Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental ComplianceAssistance Program with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act, 44U.S.C. §§ 3501 et. seq.; the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 601 etseq.; and the Equal Access to Justice Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 504 et seq.
