The Commission shall prepare and submit to the 1995 General Assembly,and to each succeeding General Assembly, a report outlining the needs of theNorth Carolina State Museum of Natural Sciences and their recommendation forimprovement of the effectiveness of the North Carolina State Museum of NaturalSciences for the purpose hereinabove set forth.
