Part 5.  Division of Aeronautics – AeronauticsCouncil.

§ 143B‑355.  Division of Aeronautics.

There is hereby created the Division of Aeronautics of the Departmentof Transportation. The Division of Aeronautics shall carry out the dutiesassigned to the Department of Transportation by Article 1B of Chapter 113 ofthe General Statutes. (1975, c. 716, s. 1.)
