§ 143B‑437.8.  Reports.

Grants made to non‑Stateentities through the NC Green Business Fund shall be subject to the oversightand reporting requirements of G.S. 143C‑6‑23. The Department ofCommerce shall publish a report on the commitment, disbursement, and use offunds allocated from the NC Green Business Fund at the end of each fiscal year.The report is due no later than September 1 and must be submitted to thefollowing:

(1)        The JointLegislative Commission on Governmental Operations.

(2)        The chairs of theHouse of Representatives and Senate Finance Committees.

(3)        The chairs of theHouse of Representatives and Senate Appropriations Committees.

(4)        The Fiscal ResearchDivision of the General Assembly. (2007‑323, s. 13.2(a).)
