The Department of Commerceshall publish a report on the use of funds in the One North Carolina SmallBusiness Account on September 1 of each year until all funds have beenexpended. The report shall contain information on the disbursement and use offunds allocated under the One North Carolina Small Business Program. The reportmust be submitted to the following:
(1) The JointLegislative Commission on Governmental Operations.
(2) The chairs of theHouse of Representatives and Senate Finance Committees.
(3) The chairs of theHouse of Representatives and Senate Appropriations Committees.
(4) The Fiscal ResearchDivision of the General Assembly. (2005‑276, s. 13.14(b); 2009‑451, s.14.5(c).)
