§ 143B‑5. Governor; continuation of powers and duties.
All powers, duties, and functions vested by law in the Governor or inthe Office of Governor are continued except as otherwise provided by theExecutive Organization Act of 1973.
The immediate staff of the Governor shall not be subject to the StatePersonnel Act. (1973, c. 476, s.5.)
