§ 143B‑74.3. U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship Commission – employees not to have interest.

It shall be unlawful for any member of the Commission to charge,receive, or obtain, directly or indirectly, any fee, commission, retainer orbrokerage other than established salaries to be fixed by the Commission, and nomember of the Commission shall have any interest in any land, materials,commissions or contracts sold to or made with the Commission, or with anymember thereof.  Violation of any provisions of this section shall be a Class 2misdemeanor.
