The Executive Mansion Fine Arts Committee shall meet at least twice peryear and may hold special meetings at any time and place within the State atthe call of the chairman or upon the written request of at least five members.
Whenever a member shall fail, except for ill health or other validreason, to be present for two successive regular meetings of the Board, hisplace as a member shall be deemed vacant. (1983, c. 632, s. 2.)
