§ 143B‑93. RoanokeIsland Historical Association status.
The Roanoke Island Historical Association is hereby declared not to bea State agency within the meaning of the Executive Organization Act of 1973 andshall be exempt from all provisions of the Executive Organization Act of 1973except G.S. 143B‑92 and G.S. 143B‑93. (1973, c. 476, s. 86.)
