Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_146 > GS_146-72§146‑72. Purpose.
The State Land Fund may, inaccordance with rules and regulations adopted by the Governor and approved bythe Council of State, be used for the following purposes:
(1) To pay any expensesincurred in carrying out the duties and responsibilities created by theprovisions of this Chapter.
(2) For the acquisitionof land, when appropriation is made for that purpose by the General Assembly. (1959,c. 683, s. 1.)
