§146‑81.  Title to lands sold for taxes.

The title to all land acquiredby the State by virtue of being sold for taxes is hereby vested in the State ofNorth Carolina. (1917, c. 209; C.S., s. 7615; G.S., s. 146‑88;1959, c. 683, s. 1.)
