§147‑18.  To designate "Indian Day."

The Governor of North Carolinais hereby empowered to set aside some day which shall be called "IndianDay" on which Indian lore shall receive emphasis in the public schools ofthe State and among the citizens of North Carolina. (Resolutions 54, 1937, p.957.)
