§147‑48.  Sale of Laws and Journals.

Such Laws and Journals as maybe printed in excess of the number directed to be distributed, the Secretary ofState may sell at such price as he deems reasonable, not exceeding cost plusten percent (10%). All proceeds received from sales made pursuant to thissection shall be paid into the State treasury.
