The Treasurer may authorize adeputy to perform any duties pertaining to the office. The Treasurer mayauthorize a deputy to affix the Treasurer's signature to any check, warrant orany other instrument the Treasurer is required to sign by use of the facsimilesignature machine or device during the Treasurer's absence or disability.
