§ 148‑10.3. Electronicmonitoring costs.
Personnel, equipment, andother costs of providing electronic monitoring of pretrial or sentencedoffenders shall be reimbursed to the Department of Correction by the State orlocal agency requesting the service in an amount not exceeding the actualcosts. (2002‑126,s. 17.10(a).)
