§148‑48. Parole powers of Parole Commission unaffected.
Nothing in this Chapter shallbe construed to limit or restrict the power of the Parole Commission to paroleprisoners under such conditions as it may impose or prevent the reimprisonmentof such prisoners upon violation of the conditions of such parole, as nowprovided by law.
