§148‑52.1.  Prohibited political activities of member of Post‑ReleaseSupervision and Parole Commission.

No member of the Post‑ReleaseSupervision and Parole Commission shall be permitted to use his position toinfluence elections or the political action of any person, serve as a member ofthe campaign committee of any political party, interfere with or participate inthe preparation for any election or the conduct thereof at the polling place,or be in any manner concerned in the demanding, soliciting or receiving of anyassessments, subscriptions or contributions, whether voluntary or involuntary,to any political party.  Any Post‑Release Supervision and ParoleCommission member who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shallbe subject to dismissal from office.
