§ 153A‑101. Board of commissioners to directfiscal policy of the county.
The board of commissioners has and shall exercise the responsibility ofdeveloping and directing the fiscal policy of the county government under theprovisions and procedures of the Local Government Budget and Fiscal ControlAct.
