§ 153A‑448. Mountain ridge protection.
Counties may enact and enforce mountain ridge protection ordinancespursuant to Article 14 of Chapter 113A of the General Statutes, and in suchenactment and enforcement shall comply with all applicable provisions ofArticle 14 unless the county has removed itself from the coverage of Article 14through the procedure provided by law.
