§ 156‑8. Earthfrom canal removed or leveled.
The earth excavated from the canal or ditch shall be removed away orleveled as nearly as may be with the surface of the adjacent land, unless thecommissioners shall otherwise specially allow. (R.C., c. 40, s. 7; Code, s. 1303; Rev., s. 3988;C.S., s. 5267.)
