In the event a proceeding shall be instituted as provided for in G.S.156‑93.2 and shall also include the extension of boundaries, as providedfor in G.S. 156‑93.3, the provisions of G.S. 156‑93.2 and 156‑93.3shall be coordinated and if there shall be any conflict as to procedure, thatprovided for in G.S. 156‑93.3 shall be followed.
