§ 157‑30.  Creationand establishment validated.

The creation and establishment of housing authorities under theprovisions of Chapter 456, Public Laws of 1935, as amended by Chapter 2, PublicLaws of 1938, Extra Session, and as further amended by Chapter 150, Public Lawsof 1939, and any additional amendments thereto, known as the HousingAuthorities Law [G.S. 157‑1 et seq.], together with all proceedings, actsand things heretofore undertaken, performed or done with reference thereto, arehereby validated, ratified, confirmed, approved and declared legal in allrespects, notwithstanding any want of statutory authority or any defect orirregularity therein. (1939, c. 118, s. 1; 1941, c. 62, s. 1.)
