§ 158‑23.  Board ofcounty commissioners may function and carry out duties of industrialdevelopment commission.

Nothing herein shall prevent the board of county commissioners itselffrom functioning and carrying out the duties of the industrial developmentcommission as provided for herein. (1959, c. 212, s. 1.)
