Whether or not the revenue bonds and interest coupons appertainingthereto are of such form and character as to be investment securities underArticle 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in this State, all revenuebonds represented by instruments and interest coupons appertaining theretoissued under this Article are hereby made investment securities within themeaning of and for all the purposes of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Codeas enacted in this State, subject only to the provisions of the bondspertaining to registration.
