Beginning March 1, 1996, and annually thereafter, each joint agencyoperating under the authority of Chapter 159B of the General Statutes shallfile a report with the Joint Legislative Utility Review Committee describing theactivities of the joint agency carried out pursuant to the authority granted byG.S. 159B‑2, 159B‑11(19b), 159B‑12 and 159B‑17(c). Thereport shall cover the preceding calendar year. Each joint agency shall filesuch additional reports as the Joint Legislative Utility Review Committee shallrequest. (1991 (Reg.
