Bonds issued by the agency under the provisions of this Article aresecurities in which all public officers and agencies of the State and allpolitical subdivisions, and all insurance companies, trust companies, bankingassociations, investment companies, executors, administrators, trustees andother fiduciaries may properly and legally invest funds, including capital intheir control or belonging to them.
