This Chapter governs the use of the following revenue:
(1) Revenue appropriated to the Department to match federalfunds received for loans and grants for wastewater and drinking water projectsand revenue received by the Department from the repayment of loans made withthe use of the federal funds.
(2) Revenue appropriated to the Department to provide a sourceof State funds to make loans and grants for wastewater and drinking waterprojects and revenue received by the Department from the repayment of loansmade with the use of these funds. (2005‑454, s.3.)
