The Department may adopt rules to implement this Chapter. Chapter 150Bof the General Statutes, the Administrative Procedure Act, governs the adoptionof rules by the Department. A rule adopted to administer a loan or grant fromthe CWSRF or the DWSRF must be consistent with federal law. The Department mustgive a copy of the rules adopted to implement this Article without charge to aperson who requests a copy. (2005‑454, s.3.)
