§15A‑1005. Reporting to court with regard to defendants incapable ofproceeding.
The clerk of the court inwhich the criminal proceeding is pending must keep a docket of defendants whohave been determined to be incapable of proceeding. The clerk must submit thedocket to the senior resident superior court judge in his district at leastsemiannually. (1973, c. 1286, s. 1.)
