SUBCHAPTERXI. TRIAL PROCEDURE IN  DISTRICT COURT.

Article 65.

In General.

§ 15A‑1101. Applicability of superior court procedure.

Trial procedure in thedistrict court is in accordance with the provisions of Subchapter XII, Trial inSuperior Court, except for  provisions:

(1)        Relating to jurytrial.

(2)        Requiringrecordation of proceedings unless they specify their applicability to thedistrict court.

(3)        That specify theirapplicability to superior court. (1977, c. 711, s. 1.)
