It is the intent of thisArticle to conform the requirements of all interceptions of wire, oral, orelectronic communications conducted by investigative or law enforcementofficers in this State to provisions of Chapter 119 of the United States Code,except where the context indicates a purpose to provide safeguards even moreprotective of individual privacy and constitutional rights.
