§15A‑748.  No right of asylum; no immunity from other criminal prosecutionwhile in this State.

After a person has beenbrought back to this State by, or after waiver of, extradition proceedings, hemay be tried in this State for other crimes which he may be charged with havingcommitted here as well as that specified in the requisition for hisextradition. (1937, c. 273, s. 26; 1973, c. 1286, s. 16.)
