§ 15B‑19.  Subrogationby collateral sources prohibited.

Subrogation rights that acollateral source may have may not extend to a recovery from a claimant of allor any part of an award made under this Article. A collateral source may notapply in the name of a claimant or otherwise for an award of compensation basedupon injury to a claimant to whose rights the collateral source may besubrogated.
