§ 15C‑13. Additionaltime for action.
Whenever the laws of thisState provide a program participant a legal right to act within a prescribedperiod of 10 days or less after the service of a notice or other paper upon theprogram participant, and the notice or paper is served upon the programparticipant by mail pursuant to this Chapter, five days shall be added to theprescribed period.
