§ 160A‑219.  Cornerlot exemptions.

The council shall have authority to establish schedules of exemptionsfrom assessments for corner lots when a project is undertaken along both sidesof such lots. The schedules of exemptions shall be based on categories of landuse (residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural) and shall be uniformfor each category. The schedule of exemptions may not provide exemption of morethan seventy‑five percent (75%) of the frontage of any side of a cornerlot, or 150 feet, whichever is greater. (1971, c. 698, s. 1.)
