§ 160A‑349.5. Rules continued in force.
All rules and regulations heretofore adopted by the town or city forthe control, upkeep, management, and maintenance, as well as policing of thecemetery, shall continue in force and effect until and after the said boardshall have changed the same as herein provided for.
