§ 160A‑349.6. Rules for maintaining order and policing; force of rules; copy to governingbody; publication.

The said board shall have power to adopt rules and regulations formaintaining order in the cemetery and policing the same, and such rules and regulations,when adopted, shall have the same force and effect as ordinances adopted andpassed by the governing body of the town or city. When any such rules andregulations shall be adopted the secretary of the board shall transmit a copythereof to the governing body of the town or city, and shall cause a copy to bepublished in some newspaper published in the town or city, and the said rulesand regulations shall be in force and effect 10 days after their publication.
