§ 160A‑364.1.  Statuteof limitations.

A cause of action as to thevalidity of any zoning ordinance, or amendment thereto, adopted under thisArticle or other applicable law shall accrue upon adoption of the ordinance, oramendment thereto, and shall be brought within two months as provided in G.S. 1‑54.1.(1981, c. 891, s. 3; 1995 (Reg. Sess., 1996), c. 746, s. 7.)
