§ 160A‑392.  Part applicable to buildingsconstructed by State and its subdivisions; exception.

All of the provisions of this Part are hereby made applicable to theerection, construction, and use of buildings by the State of North Carolina andits political subdivisions.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or local law orordinance, no land owned by the State of North Carolina may be included withinan overlay district or a special use or conditional use district withoutapproval of the Council of State.
