§ 160A‑400.12. Appropriations.

A city or county governing board is authorized to make appropriationsto a historic preservation commission established pursuant to this Part in anyamount that it may determine necessary for the expenses of the operation of thecommission, and may make available any additional amounts necessary for theacquisition, restoration, preservation, operation, and management of historicbuildings, structures, sites, areas or objects designated as historic landmarksor within designated historic districts, or of land on which such buildings orstructures are located, or to which they may be removed. (1989, c. 706, s. 2.)
