§ 160A‑479.17. Annexation.
The annexation by a member government which is a city of areas lyingoutside of the territorial jurisdiction of the authority shall make suchannexed area a part of the territorial jurisdiction of the authority, and sucharea shall be subject to all debts and all obligations thereof.
