§ 160A‑649.  Power of eminent domain.

(a)        The Authority shall have continuing power to acquire, bygift, grant, devise, bequest, exchange, purchase, lease with or without optionto purchase, or any other lawful method, including, but not limited to, the powerof eminent domain, the fee or any lesser interest in real or personal propertyfor use by the Authority.

(b)        Exercise of the power of eminent domain by the Authorityshall be in accordance with Chapter 40A of the General Statutes. (1997‑393, s. 1.)
