§ 163‑166.6.  Designation of tasks.

The State Board of Elections shall promulgate rules for the delegationof tasks among the election officials at each precinct. Those rules shallemphasize:

(1)        The need to place primary managerial responsibility upon thechief judge.

(2)        The need to have maximum multiparty participation in allduties where questions of partisan partiality might be raised.

(3)        The need to provide flexibility of management to the countyboard of elections and to the chief judge, in consideration of differentabilities of officials, the different availability of officials, and thedifferent needs of voters precinct by precinct. (2001‑460, s. 3.)
