§ 163‑300.  Disposition of duplicate abstractsin municipal elections.

Within nine days after a primary or election is held in anymunicipality, the chairman of the county or municipal board of elections shallmail to the chairman of the State Board of Elections, the duplicate abstractprepared in accordance with G.S. 163‑182.6. One copy shall be retained bythe county or municipal board of elections as a permanent record and one copyshall be filed with the city clerk.
