§ 168A‑10. Retaliation prohibited.

No employer shall discharge, expel, refuse to hire, or otherwisediscriminate against any person or applicant for employment, nor shall anyemployment agency discriminate against any person, nor shall a labororganization discriminate against any member or applicant for membershipbecause such person has opposed any practice made a discriminatory practice bythis Chapter or because he has testified, assisted or participated in anymanner in proceedings under this Chapter. (1985, c. 571, s. 1.)
